Each product is HAND MADE in the order received. We are currently shipping parts that were ordered 13-15 months ago. This not a guarantee of a time frame for your order, just a general indiciation of where we are at currently. Your time frame may differ due to the size and complexity of your order. We are working as diligently as possible to get these lead times down including working late nights and weekends.
Orders placed during high volume seasons (tax season, black Friday, Christmas) can have longer lead times.
Any orders cancelled after processing and before shipment are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us as soon as possible. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped. Due to the customization of each part, orders currently in production are not able to be cancelled.
Any transaction paid through PayPal requesting a refund (partially or fully) the fees that were originally charged will not be returned to you.
- In the U.S. a fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee based on the currency (USD is .30)
- Outside the U.S. a fee of 4.4% of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee based on the currency type as well as any foreign currency exchange fees assessed.
Any transaction paid through Stripe requesting a refund (partially or fully) will recieve a $20 return fee along with the processing fees that were originally charged.

These distortions may arise during the carbon fabric manufacturing process,durring handling by distributors or sometimes occur in the part manufacturing process.
- Our Commitment to Quality: At Marsh Composites, we are committed to delivering carbon fiber parts of the highest quality. Our team makes every effort to minimize weave distortions during the manufacturing process.
- Varied Origins of Distortions: We understand that weave distortions can sometimes be attributed to variations in the carbon fabric provided by manufacturers. While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure the best materials, occasional distortions may still occur due to the inherent nature of carbon fiber.
- Unavoidable 100 Percent: Despite our best efforts, it's important to note that weave distortions are impossible to avoid 100 percent of the time. Factors such as material characteristics and production methods contribute to the occasional presence of these distortions.
- Quality Inspection: We conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure that the small weave distortions do not compromise the structural integrity of our carbon fiber parts. Products meeting our quality standards will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Defects or Significant Damage: If your carbon fiber part arrives with significant defects or damage affecting its functionality, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product for further assistance. If this damage is due to shipping, please contact us same day so that we can get the a damage claim started.
