Porsche 997 Carrera style dry carbon deck lid

Made to the highest and strict standards using 100% aerospace grade carbon fiber infused with high quality UV stable epoxy resin. We use a very specific carbon fabric for the bulk of our parts that is over 60% stronger and more than 40% lighter making it pound for pound almost 2.5 times stronger than a standard carbon fabric. In addition to the best materials available, we use skilled technicians and techniques that ensure the most ideal fabric to resin ratio for the optimum strength and weight of each component, with added layers of carbon in key locations for even extra strength to handle the active aero components. And finally, we DO NOT use clear gel coat that adds unnecessary weight that becomes brittle and sun damaged over time. We only use a high quality automotive grade clear coat for the best durability, clarity and weight savings. All of that combines to make a deck lid/engine cover that weighs a mere 3lbs and is a direct bolt on that accepts all the factory equipment with no modifications necessary.

Pictures show our standard 12K 2x2 that is a slightly larger pattern than OEM. If you want to match other OEM parts we can add a 3K 2x2 weave to the top surface that will match the OEM carbons pattern size. In addition they can be finished with a gloss or matte clear coat.
